Guild is looking for remote data entry candidates. They are looking for teenagers who want to work part time on the computer while they're still in school. The work is mostly, about putting information into computer systems checking records to make sure they are correct and keeping files neat and tidy. Guild is also looking at people who have never had a job before to do this data entry work.

This position requires careful typing, basic computer knowledge and the ability to complete assigned work in a given time.

Key Responsibility 

Day-to-day work could include

Enter data into company databases and online systems.
Update the existing record if new information is given.
Check off completed entries before submitting.
Find and correct typos and missing information.
File electronic documents in the appropriate folders.
Assist in the preparation of routine reports as required.
Respond to basic data-related requests from the internal team.
Handle confidential information according to company rules.
If a record has wrong or incomplete information, call it to the supervisor's attention.
