Internship Responsibilities

The selected intern will work with the development team on various web based projects. The duties of the position may include:

• Create responsive web pages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Develop user interface components with React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Turn design files into working web pages.
• Improve website speed and page loading performance.
• Test your apps in different browsers and screen sizes.
• Bug fixing front-end bugs and interface problems.
• Integrate front-end components with REST APIs.
• Participate in development team’s online meetings.
• Update project documentation as needed.
• Adhere to the company’s coding standards and development guidelines.

Academic Qualification

Candidates must be:

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree, or Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Also encouraged to apply are applicants with strong personal projects.

Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have an understanding of:

• HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+)
• React, Angular or Vue. js
• Adaptive Web Design
• Integration with REST API
• Git & Github
• Visual Studio Code or other code editors

Knowledge of TypeScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or front-end testing tools will be considered as a plus.

Experience

 You don’t have to have done an internship before.
Any college project, freelancing, hackathons or contributions to open-source projects will be valuable.
Candidates with a GitHub profile or online portfolio are encouraged to share their work in the application process.
