Key Responsibilities

As a BPO Telesales Executive you will be responsible for customer conversations and sales recording accurately. Your daily tasks could include:

• Reach out to potential clients.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a professional manner.
• Clearly describe the company’s products and services.
• Be aware of customer needs before suggesting suitable solutions.
• Record customer details and the results of calls into the company system.
• Schedule follow up calls whenever required.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities.
• Aim to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Talk to managers about customer feedback and sales information.
• When communicating with customers, follow company policy.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass Diploma Graduate in any discipline
