Business Developer, Institutional Solutions - Ebury

They're hiring Business Developers for their Institutional Solutions team. The role is essentially FX Sales — you'll be working with institutional clients, building relationships, and selling Ebury's financial products. If you're a recent graduate who wants to get into FinTech sales with proper training behind you, this is a solid entry point.

Ebury runs their own Business Developer Academy — a structured training program that takes you from ground level to confident in both product knowledge and sales skills. You're not thrown in at the deep end.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential institutional clients
• Run sales conversations and present Ebury's financial solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients over the long term
• Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and solutions
• Stay updated on FX markets and global financial developments
