Senior Payroll Coordinator - Remote USA | Healthcare Payroll Jobs

We are hiring a Senior Payroll Coordinator. The job is fully remote. You will run payroll for 650 staff. You will use ADP Workforce Now. Pay runs happen every two weeks.

You must be good with detail. You must work well on your own. You will talk with HR, finance, and team leads each day. If you like clean work and can hit due dates, apply now.

You join a team of four. You report to the Payroll Manager. Each day you check time sheets, fix pay errors, and help staff with pay questions. At month end, you help with cost reports too.

Job Responsiblity

• Run pay for hourly and salaried staff every two weeks
• Work with HR when pay or tax changes for a staff member
• Find and fix pay errors and missed clock-ins before pay goes out
• Write pay reports for the finance team
• Help with audits when asked
• Answer staff pay questions through the support queue
• Keep all records clean in ADP Workforce Now
• Help with W-2 forms and tax checks at year end
• Make sure all time sheets are signed off on time
• Keep up with pay laws in each state
