Content Writer - Product & Brand | Remote

Apple’s content team needs a writer who knows how to say a lot with very few words. Their brand voice is clean, confident, and simple No filler, no fluff. If you are the type of writer who over-explains things, this is probably not for you.

You will write product descriptions, landing page copy, campaign headlines, and internal brand materials. Some projects have a clear brief. Some are a vague idea to start with, and you will be expected to turn them into something concrete.
Part of the process here is feedback. Apple has very thorough review cycles. You are going to rewrite. that's normal and expected; don't take it personally

They have a distributed marketing and content team throughout the US and hire remotely for writing jobs across product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Writing product copy for web, campaigns and retail collateral
• Developing headlines, taglines and short-form brand content
• Work with product and design teams on new launches
• Editing and refining drafts based on feedback from stakeholders
• Keeping in line with Apple’s brand voice guidelines
• Juggling a bunch of writing projects with deadlines that are at odds

Skills Required:

• Clean, simple writing style - short sentences
• Good editorial sense – knows what to leave out
• Comfortable working within tight brand guidelines
• Be able to take creative direction without losing good ideas
• Structured with deadlines on numerous ongoing projects
