Job Responsibilities

As an online course instructor, your daily work might include:

• Instruct through live or recorded online courses.
• Develop lesson plans for assigned courses.
• Develop assignments, quizzes, and learning activities.
• Help students with their questions and learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Make your online classroom a warm and professional place to visit.
• Update the learning materials as needed.
• Work with the academic team to improve the quality of the courses.
• Maintain records and attendance of the class.
• Complete all teaching duties within the prescribed time limits.

Eligibility Requirements

The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in any recognized university. Applicants from all streams are eligible to apply.

Required Skills

The candidates should have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good speaking and presentation skills.
• basic knowledge of computer
• Experience with Zoom, Google Meet or similar online meeting tools.
• Good at managing your time.
• Ability to explain topics in simple words.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet work space at home.
• Strong desire to teach and assist learners.

Experience:

No prior teaching experience necessary.
Tutoring, mentoring, training, or content creation experience will be a plus.
