Job Responsibilities

• Develop online training modules and materials.
• Develop easy-to-understand and logical educational content.
• Consult subject matter experts to get accurate information.
• Create presentations, quizzes and learning activities.
• Review and update existing training materials.
• Make digital courses with e-learning software.
• Check all courses before publishing to ensure quality.
• Develop educational content to corporate standards.
• Maintain content records and organize project files.
• Complete assigned work within project timeframes.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:

Education 
Instructional Design 
Communications 
English 
Computer Applications

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Creative thinking and content writing skills.
• Good time management ability.
• Ability to work independently in home office.
• A basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate

Experience

Working Hours

Hours can be flexible.
Virtual meetings may be scheduled as needed for the project.
