The final position offered will be determined by the company's hiring needs and the candidate's profile.

Educational Qualification: 10th

Applicants must have passed any one of the following:

12th Pass Or ITI Or Diploma Or Graduate
Any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Work Experience

Eligibility: Candidates having 0-3 Years of Experience can apply.

Prior experience in customer support, backend operations, data entry, BPO, telecalling, retail or warehouse operations is an advantage, not mandatory.

Job Duties

The responsibilities will depend on the position offered. Selected candidates may be required to

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, or phone based on your assigned role.
• Enter customer or order details and update details in the company's system.
• Maintain proper records to assist the backend operations.
• Help customers with order tracking, payment issues, returns and general enquiries.
• Check data before processing requests.
• Keep proper documentation and daily work reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams when customer issues need further assistance.
• Follow company policies when dealing with customer information.
• Finish assigned tasks within the specified timelines.

Candidates are trained before they commence regular work.

Required Skills

Candidates must have:

• Good command over Hindi & English language.
• Basic computer literacy.
• MS Office applications knowledge.
• Good Data Entry and Typing skills.
• Customer friendly approach
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to stay calm when assisting customers.
• Organisational skills and time management skills;

Salary Details:

Selected candidates can get a monthly salary of Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 36,000 depending on the role, location and the company requirements.

The company may also provide additional incentives or performance-based benefits in accordance with its policies.

Working Hours

General work for employees:

8 hours a day or so.
5 to 6 days a week (working).

Depending on the operational requirements, some positions may require rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
