Job Responsiblity

• Assist residents with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Serve meals in the dining room and help residents who need assistance eating
• Help residents with planned activities and encourage them to stay engaged
• Monitor residents throughout your shift and report any changes to the nurse
• Keep residents' rooms clean and comfortable
• Respond to call lights promptly and attend to resident needs
• Document care provided for each resident accurately in the system
• Work with nurses and other care staff as part of the wider team on the floor

Pay and Hours

• $17.00 – $20.00 per hour — above California minimum for care work
• Full time: 40 hours per week
• Day and evening shifts available
• Weekend shifts are part of the rotating schedule
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available at busy periods
